      Finally a First

Ok, so last night I had my first lucid dream since I was like, 6. It only lasted a few seconds, possibly a minute, but at least I showed my fearlessness. Then the dream began to fade away, and despite the things I've read, I didn't do anything to save the dream. So I just basically went into a non-lucid dream after that (or I woke up, I don't remember).

But I need to know what I did to make the dream fade. I stayed calm, and I looked at my settings with absolute focus. Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

I dont understand, were you actually lucid or were you just aware that you were dreaming?

I was lucid. I neglected to say that I moved a chair with my mind and made it disappear.

a dream could fade for these reasons:
      1. you get too excited -> about to wake up
      2. the dream is about to end
maybe a few more i dont know of.
cant really do anything about the 2nd. if you were calm then it probably was just the end of the dream.
