Yay got a lucidy without inducing!

Yay this is my first lucid dream since finding out what they are.
The whole dream was about this supermarket but I only remember the last part. Ok I was with one of the cast members of friends and we were going to the market. I had went thru the sliding doors and my friend hadnt went thru yet and told me to go inside that theyd be in in a minute. So I went inside I was waiting and I thought well they r looking their best (from whole show their best look) and then I established in my mind where the person was from(a famous show)which lead to some thinking about hey why am I with a famous Tv star? (I did all of this while looking at a blue shopping cart lol)And so I realiezed that it was a dream! Everything became clear and I was actually pretty clear headed(not to stupid) and immiedalty stated what I wanted but I got pretty excietet considering it's my first lucid and I woke up.(Forgot to Hand or Spin stuff...) I then went and wrote it down yay!!!!!!

this reminds me of my first LD...

I fell asleep, and when i woke up to go to bathroom, i went there, and went back to sleep. I tried to MILD a bit (well, i said myself that i'll be dreaming and i will be aware of my dream), but nothing special... When i was walking in my dream, i just covered my nose with my hand, and i still could breath i got very excited, but i remembered about spinning, and started to spin. When i was spinning, i thought that it would be cool to fly... I appeared in mountains, then somethink like game options appeared in my eyes, and i turned off gravitation but after about 5 secs of flying i woke up... I had false awakening but then i wrote everything in my DJ

When you had your second LD?

The week passed but i still haven't any LDs

I apologise for the 'coldness' of the forum.
Just a few pointers why I think nobody read your post:

      1) It was visually difficult to read. In other words, no paragraphs, no pausing between breaths. Felt like one massive sentence.
      2) There's no question really...

Anyway, after getting past the blocks:
      ----------
Congratulations! The first induced lucid is always exciting!
Try to stay calm - thats partly why you woke up so quick
Its really hard to .. you'll get used to it eventually.

Theres all sorts of ways to have an LD. General questioning of your surroundings is the best personally, but not the easiest.
Look into WILD's and MILD's if you want to learn other ways...

A strategy I use to continue Lucid Dreams is to focus on something in th edream that is everyday. i.e. breathing, a shopping cart, or money. Focus on these until you feel you have calmed enough to control the dream without getting excited. Once this happens you will be able to do anything without getting overly excited. After a time, try to keep your lucidity without techniques, I have found that lucidity has more detail like this. [/b]
Take life one day at a time: relax, and enjoy the present.

I think you have the ability to get frequent lucid dreams in the future, since it only took you one week.
      Are you dreaming?
