Third LD

Hi!... first of all, sorry for my English Today I had my third LD, and as always I entered there in strange way. I had false awake, I squeeze my nose and I could breathe, So I realized that I am dreaming, but after that I realized myself in somewhere like in dark cave, and I could not do anything except moving, I knew that I am in dream, but I could not make objects, I had no super powers, I was like normal man. I felt like in trap and was half lucid and half dreaming. But then I saw 2 mistical spirits flying there. I manage to catch one and started search second one, I found it but I was unaware what to do with them next, but than I hear voice " do what you think you must do" I was thinking for a while and then think out free spirit what was in my hand, and then they both blend in each otner and after that I was realized myself in normal lucid dream place, where I had those powers, could "make" objects what I wanted and had some super strength... But interesting wat was that first stage?
