Sounds like you haven't read every tutorial. You'd know that WILDs usually take much longer than a week to achieve. WILDs are one of the toughest techniques of inducing lucid dreams. |

its been a week +1, that i have been trying to get a LD. i have tried every tutorial, but no luck in having one. i have done every step into making it possible. |

You're not an astronaut.
He is right, don't give up so easily. It can take a long time to have your first LD, it just takes patience. I finally broke my dry spell after two and a half months, and it's such a relief to have my LDs back. Believe me, a good LD is well worth the wait. |

If lucid dreaming was easy.. we wouldn't need a forum! C'mon not everything desired comes instantaneously. |
|
Put some effort in! One week is nothing. I diddnt have anything untill almost 1 month. |
|
You'd rather ask for help, than just going in here, and say goodbye. Everybody knows, that you're asking for help in your post. This entire forum is made for helping other lucid-dreamers, so don't feel ashamed, that you need help. |

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

Lucid Dreaming is hard work.. not easy. I'd give up if I were you. Many people report their first LD after giving up on it, having concentrated really hard on trying to make it work. |

Ninjas killed my family, need money for kung-fu lessons
Don't blame you FreeDreamer. It can be very frustrating trying to master lucid dreaming. Take it from someone who tried diligently to master astral projection 25 years ago and finally got so depressed from not being able to do it that he quit after a couple of years. And then tried lucid dreaming about 8 or 9 years ago and quit again after no success. |

Im not having much luck with some of the techniques posted on the forums, but im not giving up even if I fail its a great way to pass the time and relax. I usually feel much better after attempting WILD when I get frustrated I just get some sleep and feel great afterwards. |

k, i had them accidentally before i found this site and others like it, and then i had them all the time when i put a lil effort into it, then hit a dry spell cuz of lack of sleep with a new job, now i'm back into it and have better ones than ever |

One week! You're gonna fail at almost everything you do if you only try for a week! |
|
Lol, 1 week? It's taken people longer they of I'd say the majority of people on this forum took atleast a month. |

thats right. a lot of things take more than a week to learn. maybe you haven't ofund the right way for you yet, or maybe it's something that'll just take you a little longer. keep at it. |

There's one person on here that hasnt had one in a few years, but he hasnt quit! It took me about 2 months for mine. Now i can do it whenever i try. Been to tired though cause ive only been getting about 6.5 hours of sleep each night for about 3 months, but ive been having 12-15 dreams a night so i cant complain. ;0 |

Some don't have them for months-years. |

Lucid Dream Count: N/A (3-7 a week average)

also it's a bad habit to quit things you want to learn just because things don't go your way at first |

For the same reason I believe in Lucid Dreaming tiddlywink, I've done it a few times. If you ever happen to wake up in the middle of night and find yourself floating above your body looking back down at yourself, then you'll know what I am talking about. It's an incredibly exhilarating experience to be free from the body. |

We live in a consumer's world indeed. Impatience is not a virtue. |

1 week? Wow, that's short. Plus I doubt that you have posted much for help on it, since your post count's only 4. |
