Yeah, I would be curious about that as well... and what about the other properties? Because I'm not sure how long, how frequently and how big I should make the messages...

I just downloaded SubliminalBlaster and loaded it up with a custom LD script, even though it already has a "dream control" preset. I wanted something more focused on lucidity, vividity, and recall, whereas theirs included things like overcoming nightmares.

Anyways, if you find theirs too superfluous you can make your own LD category and use my itinerary if you like... or suggest some for me.

Cool, thank you spamtek... I took the basic script from brainbullet, translated it and added or took some of the statements...

but what about the other properties? how long do you see the message? for me it is 20 miliseconds but I think thats a bit too long...

I don't notice a real difference between .02ms and 'Minimum'; either way it's too fast for me to really consciously see the message unless I'm looking for it. I suspect there's a lower limit of duration where even your subconscious starts to have problems grasping the message in time, so .02 works for me and, since it's recommended, I can guess is a long enough time period for my lower self to assimilate the info. I have it on red text slightly larger than default flashing every 5 seconds in a random position onscreen.

It was damn annoying for the first hour but now it's just background noise to me... which is the way subliminal messaging should be.

Ok, so I used it two night ago and had my second lucid dream. I also had a fair amount of control. I don't know if it had anything to do with brain bullet, but it couldn't have hurt.

Ya i just uninstalled a couple days ago, going thru my old programs, but i just reinstalled it and running it now since i read this. btw cammy, what were your settings.

btw, ya 40 bucks is a ripoff, plus, if your really smart you could prolly program this in visual basic easily, its a really small program.

For brainbullet, I always set the phrases to come up every twelve or so seconds. This means you expect it less. I also reduce the time to ten milliseconds so you can't read it.

wow really amazing experience..i notice the more u can stay lucid in a dream the more u get better at it..its like ur brain rehearses while doing it..its really awsome

I've been using Subliminal Blaster for a few days, and so far it's been hard to tell if the program has made any difference at all, mostly because the lack of sleep I've been getting has been killing any chance I have at decent dream recall. >_>

I'll try to get some more sleep from now on, though, and let everyone know how it goes.

Yeh ive seen a tutorial on brain bullet, and i goto say subliminal master does the job. i mean like they say its free and u wont have to recollect 40 bucks, yaiks!! anyways just wanna say im gonna try out subliminal master. the brain bullet and subliminal master are created as a same structure ,but one is indeed is free ill report back some data of what i've achieved. lol note i just wanted to say that last night i had a very vivid dream using this software, some brain wave generator. anywaysi didnt become lucid but instead played a role as a narrative viewr of the scene..it was nice but gained no lucidity yet since it was that same day i started with the wave thing ooo and by the way let me check out that subliminal software,, ill keep touch
