      Fisrt Lucid Dream

      Well a while back before i knew anything about lucid dreaming I had a dream where I was standing in a bedroom with someone who was asleep in bed and another person across from me. It was a very short dream but all of the sudden I somehow realized i was dreaming. Before I knew it everything went black and I woke up. I didn't get excited or anything and I have no idea why I woke up...

      Sometimes you naturally become lucid at the very end of a dream because you're waking up anyway. Your conscious mind is switched on for the day, and your dream was a few seconds late ending.
