      First Lucid +false awakening

I had tried a few techniques on here a few weeks ago but had to stop b/c i was doing alot of physical activity and needed sleep. Even though its summer i keep waking up at around 6 or 7 and falling back asleep.

The odd thing to me about this LD was that there wasnt a trigger, or a RC involved. The first thing i can remember is my mind just kind of shouting "I'm Dreaming" with no previous vision or dream going on. Then i found myself in my bed. I rolled out and was floating above this surface w/ all these 3d letters. The vision began to fade so i tried to rub my hands together but I couldnt stop it.

Next i found myself in bed again, only darker room. I looked at the clock to see what time it was and remembered about false awakenings because it just felt weird. I looked back at the clock and went lucid again. This time i attempted lucid sex but couldnt materialize a women in time and it faded out.

      Congratulations on your first LD!

Yes, sometimes the LD starts without any technique invlolved, you simply know you are dreaming and thats it.
A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service
and compassion are the things which renew humanity.
