Can't become lucid anymore

I still go lucid as much as always the problem is that I always wake up, almost instantly. I have not had any that lasted longer than like 5 seconds in the last 3 weeks and even before that they where getting worse. I don't really know why, I am becomming lucid more often but it very hard to stay in the dream. Don't even have time to spin or anything because I wake up to fast. Maybe I should try a WILD because I know if I get into the dream it will last atleast 5 minutes but I am not very good at them. Other than that not really sure what I can do.

Do you find that you become lucid near the end of a dream sequence? That is a problem I sometimes have. I have this incredibly vivid dream and then in the last few minutes, become lucid Have you attempted MILD to re-enter the dream?

Some times at the end or the middle, isn't always though. I can't re-enter a dream once I am out, I tried it many times, don't even get close. I used to some times have vivid dreams that turn lucid, lately however when I do become lucid everything before the point isn't really that clear.
