tried doing a Wake Induced, but theres a constant wall

more than a few months of trying, (i saw this site about 4 months ago, and then last month bought the actual book by stephen laberge on it) i have been trying to do Wake induced lucids, and last night i dont know if these would count as any of the images because they were pretty hard to see, but after a dream scene began, i would either start breathing heavily and quickly, or it would eventually fade. im sorry if none of this makes sense, for i am REALLYhttp://www.dreamviews.com/community/images/smilies/bowdown.gif
stoned. (usually not though, so that shouldnt contribute to any of the problems)

i sujest u practice another WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream)technique

like:While trying to fall asleep u need to program your mind on the intent of imagening you are going up an infinite starcase.. It's when u imagine yourself going up this particular staircase that seems to be endless and u have to keep going up...this WILD technique not only keeps your mind occupied, but it also gets your body relaxed as well. Seing that your mind is occupied, this will prevent you from moving so much in bed( Dont move in bed while doing this technique) have fun and sweet dream.

note: those images you see while doing a WILD are called hypnagogic images. they tend to notify you're in the rightway...these are sorts of small visions that u get while trying to fall asleep// good luck!!
