Had longest LD I have ever had today...

That's right, I am virtually glowing still after this morning LD. I got up and stayed up focusing on becoming as aware as posible. I tried a WILD and got as far as sleep paralisis several times, but couldn't enter the dream. I then turned over and fell asleep, knowing I would be lucid for I was very very aware. It was so long I can't even recall the whole dream. It lasted approximately from 8:45am to 10:15. I know cause I ended up forcing myself awake the last time the dream faded, instead of going back, as I did several times during the whole dream. It started out in my bed, in fact at first I thought it might have been an OBE. I ran to see if I could see what my mother was doing(she was awake while I was trying to WILD, and wanted to prove whether it was a LD or OBE). I found her in her room and suddenly started hearing some noices. Still being freaked out from my last experience(Titled: SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME!!!) I decided to stand my ground for the dream setting wasn't a dark one. The closet door started to open slowly and I yelled "DOOR OPEN!" to reveal anything there might be behind it. It opened up and I discovered there was nothing there. Then I heard some sounds coming from my room. I tried to summon a lightsaber...no luck. Then a sword...try again. A gun....not gonna happen. I noticed the pattern there and just reassured myself and went into a kung fu pose. That is when I walked into my room and saw something go into the bathroom and dissapear. Bored of that I decided to leave but I didn't want to open the door, but rather walk through the brick wall. I tried charging against it, really concentrating on going through, several times but I just bounced of it, and it shook like it does when Neo became the one in the first matrix. Then I tried spinning to a different location. I closed my eyes and started to spin imagining myself and various locations I wanted to be in. This worked and I was no longer in my house but a different setting. A decided to fly around a little and did, and then spinned again to a different location. Many things happened after that, but the dream was so long I can't recall the order of them completely. I remember the dream started to fade or suddenly faded several times, but rubbing my hands always got me back. Sometimes it got me back with a lower lucidity level, but when I realized this I just reminded myself it was a dream and recovered my awareness and control level. I posted part of this dream in the TTT(Telephone Technique Thingy or whatever) as it was relevant to that thread. The rest is really fuzzy and I cannot remember much but if I do remember any interesting details I will be sure to post them here....

I realized that I am not good at summoning weapons directly, but in another LD I discovered I am better at thinking a sword is under a pillow or such, and when I get there it is... Summoning weapons by looking away and then expecting it to be in my hand has never worked for me, the 2-3 times I tried....

My first time thinking about summoning sumthn was last night. But I actually wanted some1 to dissapere and I went my dream... My rule and I stuck my had out and forced it a lil and she dissapered but I tryed to sommin the hottest girl Ive saw and i strained a lil hard and woke up .

wow, that sounds like a pretty cool dream, Truthbearer, even though you couldn't get a weapon. I don't know how long my longest LD has been, but it literally felt like a WHOLE day. it was awesome!

Long and great dream truthbearer! You seem to have trouble just summoning weapons. Maybe you could just close your eyes and then say that the weapon will be in front of you or something. My longest LD is only about an hour and a half. Lately my lucid dreams have been dissapointing though

I've tried that, thinking I will have a gun in my hand, of my pocket or whatever but it didn't seem to work. But as I said before, I am not really worried about it as I learned which is the method that works best for me when I am trying to summon something...It might take longer and not be as cool, but I really don't care...

I already said like 5 times that I found my way to summon weapons...I don't need further assistance as to what to do in order to get a gun in the dream world.... P.S. Why buy when you can just steal with no consequences attached?

I had a LD which was at the end of my sleep cycle (would of just been REM sleep just about). The LD felt 10-20 minutes long. I woke and found out it had been going for an hour.

Yeah, its pretty hard to tell how much time has gone by, by how long the dream seems to last. This dream, though it lasted like 2 hours, it felt like 5 hours or so had gone by... Evanescent: You are right, you never said buy..my bad. DAMN THIS CONSUMERIST SOCIETY!!!!

Who said I was mad? All you did was prove me wrong, I read to much into what you said... The consumerist part was part of my usual ranting... P.S. Fun fact, I wrote this post on May 7th, but didn't get a single response until 1 month and 10 days later...

Hey I just noticed that
