Flying, but can't seem to offer rides.

Today I had a dream where I was flying, I think I was trying to escape from someone and started flying. Once in the air I realized I was dreaming. Had a blast flying up and down to see how fast I could go from grown zero to almost outerspace, (I can never dare myself to go even higher). Then just free falling back to the grown. But I thought of an idea that I wanted to try, I wanted to take someone with me, So I grown myself and started to talk with someone familiar that I new in the dream, I tell her that I can fly and that I wanted to take her with me. She was thrilled of the idea, So I got her in my arms and tryed to blast off. But I couldn't, I was doing everything I do when initiating flying, but couldn't get off the grown, just maby a little jump. But it actualy felt like if her weight was the reason for no takeoff. I thought to myself, does weight exist in a dream? I thought it was only matter of mind and thinking why this couldn't happen, So I kept trying but no result. I then actualy did it without her, and yes, I flew, I was so fustrated.

Anyone ever encounter a problem like this and solved it?
Does weight really exist in a dream or just a mind glich?
I think I might try again tonight.
When I dream, theres always a
little girl playing in the dirt, that
turns to me and says "Why are
you here? .... Are you blind like
      me?"

      What I've found
      What I've known
Never shined to me what I've shown
      Never be
      Never free
I wish to see what might have been...
...So I talk to you unbeliever.

Weight in a dream only exists in your mind, so the only reason why you couldn't take off was because you thought she was too heavy, and the fact that you couldn't lift her only reinforced that idea. Normally I'd recommend trying a different approach to lifting her, but I can't think of anything useful, sorry. Somehow lifting weights so you get stronger in your dreams seems stupid lol. Next time really believe you can lift her and remember that she's only as heavy as you think she is.

i had a dream very much like the one you describe and i had it the same night. i was flying around and i also wanted to try flying with someone. i looked for this girl i know(in waking life) and wen i found her i asked her if she wanted to fly. instead of trying to lift her i simply let her fly by herself and then i grabbed her hand and then i guided us. you should try telling her how to fly or just believe she can and she might just do it on her own.

      Magnetic fields..

Yours was probably "free", hers was probaly still "bound"... thus she grounded both of you, as you shared the experience equally..

I have experienced this many places..

So to answer your questions directly:

      >
      >Anyone ever encounter a problem like this and solved it?
      >

      Yes, and yes...

      >
      >Does weight really exist in a dream or just a mind glich?
      >

Does anything really exist in a dream?

Oh! And; ... Did she see you fly before you offered a lift? (If not, there is a lot that probaly could help.)

I know who I am, as I become...

try teaching her how to fly next time. i don't know why but the only times i have flown with someone else in dreams was with my sister... each time we went. over the proper methods to do so and she usually followed my lead. last night particularly, i remember i showed her all the cool stuff about dreaming and we flew side by side into different portals. i think i might prefer flying solo but it's always fun when you're not alone!
