Hey there,
While this would certainly be a very interesting exercise from a psychological point of view, there's a little sentence there that got my attention:
"And since the psychiatrist is really you subconscious it wont lie to you."
While your subconscious might not lie to you, look up such concepts as repression, denial, substitution, internalising, psychological symptons, mirroring, and most importantly psychological resistance. In psychoanalytical theory, most mental problems are caused exactly because some unconscious thing is not allowed to 'become conscious'.
So I don't think your subconscious will be quite as clear and straightforward as you might think 
Still, according to that same theory the proces of becoming aware of some unconscious issue is the first step of the proces to cure it. So there's merit in trying this kind of self-exploration.
