      Talking First WILD!!!

I've been failing WILD's for about a month now and last night I finally decided that I would do a WILD and succeed. I did!

I went to bed around 11ish and watched Anchorman for an hour on my mp3 player. It's a great movie. I then listened to music for about 10 minutes and then started listening to the subliminal dream recall mp4 that I downloaded yesterday from this site. It was a very soothing and relaxing song and I found myself start to get extremely drowsy around 10 minutes so I tried to stay awake for the last 6 minutes. I failed and fell asleep.

In the middle of the night I woke up when my earphone was poking my ear. I realized that I had fallen asleep with it on. I put it away and looked at the clock. It was 4:04 AM. I realized this would be the perfect time to try a WILD. I went to the bathroom, got a drink and flipped my blankets around the opposite direction so I was upside down. I started to attempt the WILD.

I decided to try Clarity's technique because it seems like it would be the easiest for me. After a half hour I accidentally itched my arm. I was furious that I just wasted a half hour to accidentally itch my arm. I was really tired so I told myself that I would give it one more try and then I could go to sleep. I repeated to myself "I am dreaming." For about 10 minutes and then started doing Clarity's technique of doing visual things for each letter in the alphabet. It seemed to be working. I was getting extremely tired and wanted to just go to sleep. After about 10 more minutes of going through the alphabet I suddenly didn't feel tired anymore. I felt relaxed but I didn't feel tired and my body started to feel unstable. It was the shift in consciousness I read about from Clarity. I decided to try and sit up.

I felt my dream body start to sit up and then sleep paralysis hit. It was an incredible feeling unlike anything I could imagine. It felt like my shirt was flapping in the wind and I heard a high pitched hum but it wasn't annoying but rather relaxing. I attempted to sit up again and I had a second wave of sleep paralysis but it wasn't as strong as the first time. I was now out of my body but I couldn't see anything.

The blackness around me slowly started to turn into physical objects. I turned the light on in my room and I saw everything form right before my eyes. I was floating around because for some reason gravity hadn't completely formed yet. I rubbed my hands together to hopefully speed up the process. It worked a little bit. I was now completely in a lucid dream. I opened my bedroom door and ran down stairs. Everything was still taking some time to form. It was strange. It seemed like a video game with low FPS (15ish if I were to guess). After about a minute it was a normal lucid dream and I was in control.

I tried making a psi-ball to see if I could make it turn into a person. It was really cool and there were lightning bolts between my hands. It was very neat until...

My brother sneezed. It is allergy season and he shares a room with me. I wasn't very mad though. I had finally done a WILD. At that time, it was only 5AM. I only spent a half hour on my second attempt.

Thank you Clarity for your excellent technique. It worked perfectly!!

I'm about 15 minutes outside of Milwaukee. I've got my first day of school tomorrow too. Senior year with 3 AP classes should be tons of fun... not.

      Congratulations!

Maybe you should get some ear plugs; I always put them in towards morning so if I have a lucid I won't get woken up during it.
