I've been having false awakening since I was four years old and I could literally tell the difference by the time I was six then formatted in dreams where when I was still dreaming and standing in my dreams I knew I was still laying down and this converted into a exempt experience when I start dreaming in my lucid form I would always know I'm laying down in reality
