Question He has an H2O problem...a BIG one.

This is just insane to me...it's been this way since I was a kid...I love to swim in real life...I took swimming classess, can go in the deep end and can go underwater to the bottom of the deep end with ZERO fear...it's something that's natural to me...but for some reason my dream self is terrified of water...I don't know why but whenever there's a large body of water or whatever...he is genuinely terrified and will avoid (at all costs mind you) to stay away from the water. Especially oceans...don't get me started on those... Any of you guys dream selves (first person preferably) act very different unlike your real self? Like you may love dogs in real life but in your dreams you cowar to them etc...

I occasionally have a fear of the ocean in my dream. But this goes back to a repressed (or suppressed, I don't remember which definition fits) memory of me being hit by a large wave when I was like 2 years old - at least that's what my parents said.

But today I love the ocean. I love to surf. It's all great fun, and I'm never really worried while I'm out there.

I rarely ever have these dreams anymore though. It was more of an early teen thing I had, before I began to go the beach on a regular basis. Now I rarely ever them.
