      Possible 1st LD, not sure.

      Hey all,

I think I had a LD last night not sure. I have been reading on this site now for a few days and I am new to Lucid Dreaming. I was walking up some stairs when something changed. I thought I was Lucid, the dream is unclear but I think something definatly changed. I felt different then remembered TTT - The Telephone Technique and then I remember I was at a phone. Then I don't remember anymore.

      Thanks,

      Micky

      Welcome!

It was a lucid dream if you knew you was dreaming, during the dream.

      Anyway, cool dream!
It is other members here who is interested in The Telephone Technique as well, I think.
      Are you dreaming?

Yes, I think it was a LD.

I think you are on the right track to get more lucid dreams, and perhaps control them as well.
      Are you dreaming?

Cool! I was using BWGen a few days ago but it doesen't seem to work for me so I stopped. My dream recall seems to be tons better for some reason? I can nearly remember a dream every night now, and if I don't remember them in the morning sometimes they come back to me during the day! Cool! Hopefully I will have more LD's. Is it possible to have 1 a night?

That is propably possible, because it is few things who is impossible.
How likely it is to have 1 LD a night, I don't know though.

Some people are defined as naturals; They can LD even they are'nt really trying. I think some of the naturals has a LD every night.

I think it is some naturals at this forum, also.

Edit: I forgot to tell that increased dream recall is a sign on that you are on the right track.

      Regards,

Damn, so close last night.... I was in a dream and I realised it was a dream and I woke up . This happened several times (I think). What can I do to stop myself waking up and to become Lucid? I'm gonna attempt a WILD tonight to see if that will help.... any comments/suggestions??

I have heard this happens to a lot.
Propably, you are so fascinated to realise that you are dreaming, and hence,- wake up.

Next time you realise it is a dream, try to stay calm.
Also, try to think what you wish to do in the dream.

      Hope this helps.

Yeah, but I don't even get a chance to do anything, I think, hey, I shouldn't be at school, I'm finished it.... Then I realise it's a dream and wake straight away .

For about how many seconds do you think it takes before you realise it is a dream, and you wake up?
