      First try

      I tried to loose focus tonight by following the simple steps in http://www.minutemoney.info/luciddreaming ebook.

      Its quite easy when you done it for a min to just switch focus to keep mind clear all the time.

      I almost got it but my kids got the attention....Anyone had the same problem with kids? hehe
