Lack of experience I'd say. Your dreams will get longer soon. It could also have been that it was just time to wake up. Did you have a fairly long dream before becoming lucid? |

What did i do wrong?
I had a lucid dream a couple nights ago and became lucid and started exploring my surroundings then attempted to vision my friend walking up to me, suddenly the dream started fading, was it my concentration on bringing my friend into the dream, or my excitement that i was lucid dreaming that ended the dream?
Lucid Goals:
[ ] have four lucid dreams in one week
[X] be able to fly in a lucid dream
[ ] complete a lucid task of the month
[ ] have a conversation with my own sub-conscious
Lucid count: 11 Dild

It might have been a combination of both those things.

It was probably because you were excited. The first LD i had, didn't last very long. I've had ALOT but i mean they don't always last too long. Well, sometimes the dream lasts long but the lucidity doesn't.
