Last night I had my 3rd LD (and that's not counting the semi-lucid ones) and it was definitely the best and longest yet.

So, I was having a dream about jet-skiing, like a video game sort of, and I woke up. It was a false awakening, of course, but I hadn't realized yet. I went through my regular morning routine, and then I noticed something strange: all of the liquids I saw (my coffee, the milk in my cereal) were changing colors, which is something that occurs quite often in my dreams.

That's when it struck me that I was lucid. I got really excited, so I started spinning to stay asleep. When I stopped, I had somehow changed scenery. I was now in a valley, with wild flowers and grass on either side of me. I was standing on a path that led right down the center of the valley to an old, leafless, gnarled tree. I ran and jumped in the air, and started flying. It was like floating on my back in the water. I had to work pretty hard to stay up. I landed in front of the tree and it said "Leaves are joy" to me befor turning into a flower like all the others.

Then I woke up.
