      How long of a WILD...

      when most of you are WILDing like..at night lets say...how long would you say it takes to pass completely from the transitional state to dreaming?

      like lets say youre lying there for a while and you just suddenly start dozing off, generally about how long would it take for you to watch the hypnagogic imagery or count down or whatever until you would be officially in dream land?

      it depends on alot of things. sometimes its 2 min. sometimes its an hour. its not set in stone. It depends on when you wbtb, how relaxed you are, and many many other things. on average, for me i would say 20-30 min. but i have had a 2 min WILD and a 1 hour WILD before.

      yeah...its that same way for me sometimes as soon as I'm back in bed after a wakeup I'm there...and sometimes it'll take up to an hour....I'm guessing on average it probably takes me about 20 minutes.

      the problem wiht me is that i loose my attention way too quickly and easily. ill be counting down from 100 and start forgetting numbers and slowly falling to sleep, but i cant keep my attention on it to keep my mind awake.
