      question...

      well last night I was starting to seep into a dream state when i tripped in the dream my whole body jumped and woke up....it was kind of aggrivating but does anyone know what to call that type of occurance.
      Dilds=5 Wilds=1 total LDs=6
      Lucid Tasks completed=1 October 2007

      It's called a hypnagogic jerk.
      Basically it's a muscle twitch, sometimes accompanied with a falling sensation, when we're making the transition into sleep. It's completely normal
      I had one last night infact.
      Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.

      It was just a muscle twitch and you would have woken up anyway. The trip in the dream was just the dreams explanation for the sudden jolt.
