      Strange Experiences

New here, only had a few lucidesque experiences. First, I believe I actually attained lucidity. I had just drifted off to sleep and suddenly found myself in a stone corridor that stretched on into infinity. I could feel the cold and the moisture in the air. I thought "I think I'm in a lucid dream." I took a few steps and *BAM* I jolted upright in bed. I suppose this was a lucid dream, just because it felt so real.

The second time I had taken a high dosage Benzodiazepine and I found myself dreaming. I could see myself lying in bed. Suddenly, I felt my body stretching, as if I was pulling away from my body. I could feel it in my lying body, not from my perspective above my bed. Gravity began moving upwards and there was a deafening buzzing in my head. Then, my body that I was feeling from snapped back into my sleeping body and I woke up.

I'm not sure if the second was involved with lucidity, but both of the experiences make me want to work towards going lucid for real.

Sounds like the first one was a proper lucid dream. If you knew you were dreaming, then that's the defenition of a lucid dream. The second one sounds like dreaming of an out of body experience, again, it was only a lucid dream if you knew you were dreaming.
