      Lucid #3!

Well Last night I had another Lucid Dream! This time from a FILD on my first ever attempt. I managed to wake myself up without a alarm cloak three times ( I think it was coincidental though ). On one of these times I managed to FILD. Following the guidelines from this tutorial. Next thing I can remember is me being Lucid in a dream, like all my dreams. I do not think I have ever had a DILD yet though hmm , maybe I am doing something wrong?

The entry is in my dream journal.

Basically I tried to fly again, but failed using a different method. But I feel my self control has improved from my first lucid, even though I have only ever had 3!

      Thanks,

Don't worry about the DILD part. Many people don't DILD often or ever. DILDs are almost all gained through luck =P (or crazy subliminal stuff that I refuse to touch)

      Arby is right (again):-]
Don't worry about "DILD"ing...that happens by coincidence. I'd work on getting more in touch with your dreams...keep a steady sleep schedule, and a dream journal to record whatever you can...even tiny bits. Just by putting a small amount of interest towards your dreams, you'll see huge results..both recalling and becoming more aware of when you might be dreaming...Don't get frustrated my friend, take your time, enjoy your dreams..get familiar, experiment, and don't put so many demands on yourself...the LD's will come in time..congrats on the ones you've already had though

      Good luck

Thanks for the advise bro and arby!

I see what you mean about not getting worried about DILD. I was worried it was because I was failing at stuff like...reality checks for example.

      Thanks,
