Difference in control based on method used?

Has anyone noticed if there is a difference between what method they used to induce lucidity and how much control they had in their dreams?I've found that with WBTB I have better control than with RC, but with RC I find the dreams are more vivid.

      Thoughts?

Oh, by the way, last night I lit the oceans on fire, but when I tried to fly away I couldn't, so I was incinerated instantaneously. Just so you know, if you're ever incinerated in an ocean of fire, its over pretty quick (didn't hurt at all).
An idea is something you haven't fully considered.
A belief is merely a repetitive thought.
A conclusion is simply where you stopped thinking.

I have had 3 WILD's and 3 DILD's, which isn't enough to say for sure, but i've had the same results each time. During WILD you enter the dream fully concious therefore while your lucid in the dream your on a very high level of conciousness. During DILD you realize your dreaming inside a dream, and i have always found that im not nearly as concious.

During DILD's i know im dreaming, but i still go along with the dream but just add flying to it. I'm not concious enough to really change anything else and i often lose lucidity in DILD's.

During WILD's i enter the dream fully concious and have full control. I basicly make my dream around me and do anything. I can remember things that i wanted to do(ex. go though the mirror) and i'll try it out. I seem to be more concious and have alot more control during WILD.

I'm not sure how to edit or anything so i'll just go with this.

I forgot to mention before that i have had a false awakening and hat was by far the most vivid dream i've ever had.

I havent noticed much difference between levels of control and initiation/ induction method, perhaps because I've never thought about it like that - I will pay more attention (thanks ).

What I do notice is that when fully lucid I can choose the level of control. There seems to be a a scale of awareness/ control which starts with a normal dream where I am just a character in my own dream (often watching myself - third person) - to fully conscious where I can change the entire dream scenario and manipulate all the characters and objects within it. The main point about all this is that I have the best fun, and the most potent dreams - I believe the Tibetans would say 'dreams of clarity' (i.e. dreams where I really learn something about myself/ life/ the universe) when I am fully lucid but choose to not control the whole dream, just my own actions. I let my mind be film director as-it-were and just concentrate on what I am doing. I can then forget that I am lucid but retain full awareness and control of my actions. I feel less like I am 'cheating' this way - e.g. if I meet a dream monster and simply will it into a harmless fluffy bunny I've not really confronted my fears.
