Your biological clock can be truely amazing when it comes to predicting the time. Sometimes I can have the intent to wake up at a certain time, and I do (riding on the wings of intent). |

A few months ago I was sleeping in my friends basement on the couch, and I kept waking up, and going back to sleep, feeling very exhausted(I was up very late). After waking up about 3 times I thought .oO(It must be getting late. I'm being such a bum, it's probably 3:00 by now)SO I looked into my friends bedroom and the digital clock was blurry, but somehow I came to the conclusion that it said 11:15. Then I woke up and realized I was dreaming that I checked the time. I looked into my friends bedroom, and there wasn't even a clock. Then my friend came out and I asked him what time it was. And yep, It was 11:15. |

Maybe if you focus hard enough on a clock while in a lucid dream you can find out what time it is via ur internal clok |

I've been meaning to experiment with self hypnosis to have it wake me at a certain time. See how accurate it really is |

Same thing happens to me. Usually I become conscious (?) of my surrounding, like I just wake up all of a sudden. I think to myself "Oh No! I overslept!", but when I look at the clock, I'm usually 1 to 2 minutes early before the clock alarms. |

If this is their fate...Then so be it.
Maybe if I practice, I can learn to check the time without waking up. So I can just chill out in my dreams, even if I have to be somewhere in the morning. |

A few years ago I experimented with my internal clock. I 'd go to bed at around 12, and look at the clock before I went to sleep. I'd tell myself I wanted to wake up at exactly 3.52am for example. And half of the time, I'd just wake up at exactly the time I had specified which was kind of weird. Other times I'd be 1 or 2 minutes out. Its very weird how that happens. I soon stopped experimenting because I got really tired in the mornings! |

Lucid at least once a week, mainly on weekends.
I usually dont wake up during the summer til around 1 or 2, but if I have to get up early, I'll wake up at almost exactly the time I need to. |
