      Dreamviews Within an LD

So I had my first LD in 12 nights last night, and let me tell you about it:

I became lucid when I was at a hockey game, and I asked myself the usual question, "Am I dreaming?" Then my friend said, "I'll punch you and you'll find out." When he punched me, I felt nothing, and I realized I was dreaming. I went on Dreamviews about halfway into my LD, but the computer screen was darker than usual. The page and threads still looked the same, though. I think I even read one, although I can't remember it right now. I also looked at myself in the mirror, and I looked completely regular, just like I normally do. I'm surprised that my brain can make such an accurate reflection of me. Anyway, I sure had fun, and here's to the next one!

it is always surprising to see how real lucid dreams are when in them
As soon as I become lucid I always just stare out into my environment, which is usually trees and stuff, and get my barings by just observing and focusing on all the incredible details. It's incredible!

and that part about the screen being darker for some reason really reminded me of being in a lucid.

Congratulations on the lucid! Sounds very realistic! I've had loads of Dv dreams but I can't seem to remember if I've had any Dv lucids though.

LOL!! It's a good thing you were lucid.. a punch at a hockey game might have hurt!

      Congrats on your LD!
