      Very crazy experience

So I woke up around 6 am, then attempted a MILD. It worked I soon found myself in a somewhat dreamstate. When I became lucid the dream wasn't fully formed yet, I could just see blackness although SP had already kicked in. I imagined my dreamhands and rubbed them together while relaxing. Soon my vison got filled with a bunch of colors like a canvas with different colored paints splattered all over it. At this point I decided to spin, (very crazy experience this was my 1st try at spinning). So the colors mixed around a little bit, then things all of a sudden sharpened.. like adjusting the contrast on a TV. I found myself in a room watching two ladys talk. I couldn't yet hear what they were saying, because I might of rushed trying to enter the dream. So I rubbed my hands some more while they were talking, soon ANOTHER weird thing happened. The top right half of my dream became black, like I had an eye open. This fooled me because I thought I REALLY had an eye open in my bed. So I decided to spin some more, I spun... dream scene changed, and I felt like I was spining in my bed.. (it felt like i spun all the way sideways and my head was on the foot of the bed) This was some sort of false awakening although I didnt catch it. I battled with this for about 2 more minutes, with more hand rubbing and trying to change the scenario. I soon woke up.

When I woke up my eyes were very sore, and my head felt like I had just did a million calculus problems.. What the heck is going on? Is this experience healthy for me? lol

Well...I'm not sure why your eyes were sore, or the calculus-brain thing, but I do know crazy things can seem to be happening during the WILD transition.

I doubt that you are causing any permanent damage to yourself. If it gets severely painful, I'd stop then.
