      My most recent LD(s)

This morning was really weird, a very active LD time for me... I woke up at 6 o'clock because I didn't turn off my alarm last night, and went downstairs to eat something. I looked at the clock and realized the time, and decided to go back to sleep. I climbed back into bed at 6:30, and tried to fall back asleep. I spent the next hour or so in a half dreaming/half awake trans of some kind in which I could exaggerate my thoughts and picture them, although not really experience them. At around 7:30 my head started to feel heavy, and my ears began to ring VERY LOUDLY. I then remembered to start chanting (in my head) "the next time that I'm dreaming I will realise that I'm dreaming." I then lapsed into an LD, although I wasn't lucid at first. I was in my Civics class, and we had this REALLY red-faced substitute, and I had forgotten my assignment. I then realized that it was Sunday, and I didn't have school, so it became an LD! The first thing I did was got out of my school (don't want to spend any more time there than I already have to) by using the spinning technique method. I found that I had an unusual amount of control over my dream, and after going to a beach, I had some, ahem, fun. Interestingly enough though, I'm not interested in flying... I have yet to try it. But anyway, my dream ended, but I entered ANOTHER LD! I decided to try morphing, and began to morph, but then I woke up before I could finish . All in all, I had about 5 LDs this morning, I don't want to describe all of them...

My question is, does anyone know of ways to keep yourself from waking up when trying exciting new things during LDs?

The best way to stay in a dream is to stay focused and not get too excited. If you feel the dream starting to slip or fade, take a moment to slow down. Focus on something simple in the dream, like your hands or feet. Spinning can help as well, but I've heard of more consistently positive results with the other methods. But maybe if you can transport easily by spinning, it will work better for you.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.
