      My very FIRST lucid dream?

      Hey everyone! I just woke up after 5 hours of sleep to eat a banana and watch some lucid dreaming stuff on Youtube i hopes of having a lucid dream when I'd go back to bed again.

      But instead of becoming lucid after eating the banana and watching Lucid dreaming stuff, I became lucid during the first 5 hours of my night.

      From my dreamlog: 25/26 March 03:10 – 8:10

      "I think I had my first DILD tonight. I was in a city. A city with parts made out of concrete, probably Stockholm (Capital of Sweden, which I live very close to.), when I all of a sudden said "I'm dreaming" or something like that. I tried to fly and i took and flew over the rooftops. I flew around for a moment but ultimately I had to fly back to my friend. I guess I attained level 1 of lucidity. Amen to DILD and DV?"

      Did I have a DILD?

      So your LD was before you got up to do the WBTB?


      But, yeah, that was definitely a lucid dream. That's great that you were able to fly.

      I would say that was a DILD. If you became lucid while in a dream, that's a DILD.

      Hehe, Thank you! I became lucid before, which I think is quite funny.

      A friend of mine said that once I reached this stage it would only get better so I hope it will.

      Great job! Keep it up, you've made it over one of the largest hurdles with LDing. They will start come easier now, hopefully more frequent.
      WILDs - 38
      MILD/DILDs - 44
      VILDs - 8
      TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
