I woke myself up, but when I pinched my nose, it turned out to be an FA.

When I finally woke up for real, I had my tongue between my teeth, so I guess it was not possible my jaw had been moving for real (I would have bitten my tongue in that case). Also, I didn't feel any muscle strain, that could be expected after these jaw movements.
Anyone ever experienced this?
I have some experience with rather violent or fearfull SP side-effects (mainly noise, so loud it's like standing next to a jet plane) but never anything physical like this... Plus: it happened DURING my lucid, not in the beginning (like it normally would).
