      Crazy WILD today

This was the most awesome experience ever !!!!

I lied down for my morning 'nap'. I closed my eyes. 5 minutes later, I was looking up at my bedroom ceiling. I thought, "What the..? I thought I had closed my eyes!" My actual eyes were closed; I was dreaming. I closed my dream eyes again and tried to sleep. But again, I found myself looking at the ceiling again. And I quickly realised that my real eyes were closed.

It was a very light sleep that I was in, so I could feel my real physical body and I could feel that my actual eyelids were closed. But I could see - through my eye-lids... into a bizarre dream representation of my bedroom.

I looked around my room. It was exactly like real life, but everything was fuzzy. I have a poster of a guy meditating, and it was especially fuzzy. I continued to lie on my bed for a while. I considered whether I was astral projecting but I don't think I was.

This is the COOL part. I was totally conscious, so I remembered some of the things to try to do in a LD. I held my hands up in front of my face to see what they looked like. The first time I did this, they looked quite withered and were vibrating very fast to the point that they looked blurry. I also felt very strange myself, as though my whole body was vibrating (kind of like how Frodo feels when he is wearing the Ring in Lord of the Rings).

      I felt so excited! 8)

I looked at my television screen. I turned it on with my mind, and then I kind-of "flew" inside the television world. Therewas a news reporter standing on a busy city street, as a group of 4 or 5 men were running along the street wearing very brightly coloured furry animal suits. It was quite odd.

At this point I got quite distressed and felt I was losing control and my suspension of disbelief. So I looked at my hands again. THIS TIME: One of my hands was white and the other hand was black. Suddenly a mirror appeared in front of me, showing a young boy looking in the mirror holding his hands up in front of him. The boy was some sort of mirror reflection of myself, although he didn't look anything like as I do in real life.

Then I kind-of moved backwards OUT of the television screen. I lied there for a while. I "summoned" a person to *cough* fool around with. It was incredibly realistic, although I remember my dream body was a different skin tone to my real one. I actually got bored of this pretty quickly and made the person disappear.

I tried to get out of my bed but I felt unable to move. There was an incredibly strong gravity that was keeping me from being able to get out of the bed. I felt as though my dream body was being trapped in my physical shell which was indeed lying on that very bed in which I was dreaming that I was on!

      Then, I woke up.

Cool! Sounds like you entered into sleep paralysis and a lucid dream without experienceing any of the vibrations or other sensations. That is similar to my very first WILD. When I became consious of what was going on, paralysis had already started.

It is amasing how real things can be!

How did you like the sleep paralysis at the end? Really freaky huh?
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I have had a similar experience where I can feel my physical body and still be lucid dreaming. It sounds like you had a remarkable time.

      Congrats!!!

I have never had sleep paralysis before and hope I will not even though its not too bad.

The news reporting thing was awesome too. I've never climbed in or flew through a tv before.

Yeah, the sleep paralysis was quite scary! But not too scary. I reckon I could have woken up whenever I wanted; The hard part was staying calm and lucid.
