Last night was my first LD!
It didn't last all that long, probably all of about 10 seconds. But still!
I was in a kitchen, looked down at my hands, then did an RC. As soon as i realized i was dreaming my heart skipped a beat. I didn't really get much done, i was just observing things and looking around and then i think i woke up. But this means some of the techniques are starting to work =D
I've been trying for about a week, though last night i took 100mg of B6 before going to bed. Can't really tell whether that helped or was just coincidental.
Any general tips on which strategies are best for lengthening LD's?
