Not new but...

So I was in a doze last night and it was like every time I actually fell asleep I re-woke up on the couch (where I was sleeping) and each time that happened I could instantly guess that it was a dream so I entered a lucid state and each time this happened the entire place warped and I would wake up (not only due to the lack of control I have but the amount of noise around). This happened 20 - 30 times... What's up with that?

Woow! That are a lot of FA's! For how long were you lucid? How long did that take all those false awakenings plus lucid time in time? The noise was from the room you were sleeping in or from outside in the real world I mean? I don't know what to say.. Don't have that much experience with FA's. Most is two or three and that was probably the only time I did actually have them! Maybe you should stabilize your dream some more, so don't have those false awakenings.. easier said than done!

Yeah it was crazy but due to the real world noise I was able to have a short state of lucidity so yah... and I wasn't even trying for an LD, hadn't been trying for a few months now.
