k the other week i had a dream where i made a really big jump, and in mid jump, i told myself to fly, and i started to. but when i was just starting to fly, my dream was fading into black. now i hear that if you spin, you can revive the dream. any first hand experiences, and is this true? |

Also saying out loud, "increase lucidity" also works. I did it last night for the first time and it worked great! I think you can say what ever you want as long as it is with the intention to increase lucidity. |
