So I started lucid dreaming again :)

Hi im new to the forum but I just wanna share one of my recent lucid dreams with everyone and see if anyone has encountered similar things before? Anyway I have been lucid dreaming for many years now, but it stopped like 3 years ago after some very powerfull dreams. in the 2-3 years I managed to train myself to a very good lvl and lucid dreamed about 4 times per week. Then one day I could not do it anymore and no matter how much i tried all my methods it was gone. Until recentlly i never lucid dreamt for 2-3 years and I have recently got my mojo back for some reason. So the dreams i have been having latley are nothing special. I aint as powerful or in control as I was before and lost the abilty to fly, until today when i had one of the most powerful dreams i have ever had and I felt so much clarity it was unreal. So heres the fun part... So I start to slip into a dream, aware that its going to be a lucid dream I go with the flow and let all the crazy noises and stuff happen (thats how i know im gonna go into a dream) and then im in the room I fall asleep in, at this moment I feel so relaxed and in control I try for levitation... so I just let my self fall back not knowing if its gonna work or not and im there floating in the middle of the room, so I go for the window (something that took me a very long time to master, as it ws always locked with no latch) and the window is open, inviting me to go... so i start of flying down the street I live in and then it all changes and im now in a full deep lucid dream flying about in a city at night, I see everyone below me as I fly by and try to shout but no one hears me and then evetually, I see someone else flying and I think that its must be another dreamer??? so i follow them and catch up and land next to them and they look at me and then everything is black as the person takes me through a door, next thing everything changes into animation and im stood in a room with the other flyer and 2 people and one of them says to me "How did you find us". and thats when the dream ended. This whole experience has made me question if it posible to make contact with other lucid dreamers when you are in that state of mind? I have never encountered this before when I have been dreaming (usually im alone when im outside flying) and wondered if anyone had anything similar happen to them before? I also heard a story once about the US goverment experimenting during the cold war with lucid dreamers to try and use them to retrieve information for deep within soviet bases (they made 2 lucid dreamers meet in dream as pass over information and when they woke it worked apparently????) So thx for reading and now I have my ability back im going start taking it more seriously and mabye look for some kind of group (anyone know any in UK/Scotland?)
