I had my first WILD this morning,first I got hypnagogics then my whole body was vibrating like crazy then I pushed my dream body away from my physical body and looked down on myself, it seemed to lack the clarity of an OBE...Is this a common thing in WILD?Then I jumped through the window and it turned into an LD.Im confused?

Sounds like you had a succesfull WILD, and I often "get out of my body" when Im doing a WILD because I feel like I was just there, s thats what I imagine.
