I was taking a nap on my couch, my arms started going numb like last time so I think here we go again...ok so now I can't move. I hear noises, like electronic noises, beeps and things. BUT, a movie is on t.v., Stakeout, and I can still hear it. I'm not as freaked out as the first time, I decide to go ahead and go for a lucid dream rather than wake myself up. I see a hypnogogic imagery, dark purple / blue background, with these yellow rectangles in the corners, in lines...also pinwheel looking things come and go. I was still a bit freaked out...not too much..but my heart was beating real fast, I could hear it so clearly..then, suddenly, I SAW my heart. a faint outline of it, BEATING in the midst of the deep purple / blue background....then, after a little, I felt a rush, suddenly I'm flying over what looks like a parking lot, no control whatsoever even though I'm fully lucid. I'm being pulled around in the air, it feels exactly like a roller coaster... |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.

Very cool and well done, I have had many experiences like this. Falling and flying around with some or no control. As hard as it may seem try and remain calm not freaked out. And just let things happen with full awareness of the whole picture. Once you get comfortable you can go to all sorts of strange places. Like you explain in your dreams. For me its like wind or just a rush of energy stumble upon somewhere. Just sweeps upward then fall extremely fast to somewhere else. |

Cool picture... Is that originally a hand-drawn pic that you scanned in or did you draw it using a computer program? |
