I saw this website and was immediately interested. Lucid dreaming has always fascinated me ever since I figured out exactly what it was.

I've been lucid dreaming since I was about sixteen. It was really strange. I don't remember my dreams every night, but whenever I have a dream, I can control it without many issues at all. Whenever I have a dream at all, I know I'm dreaming. Sometimes I don't have complete and total control (I have control of myself, not my surroundings) but pretty much all my dreams are lucid, and have been since I was sixteen.

I've had a lot of experiences. Sometimes I sit in my dream, in a dark room so to speak, and think a lot. I'm already big on meditation, so I figure if I don't have time to think while I'm awake, I'll do it while I'm 'asleep' if I'm lucky enough to dream that night.

It's been fun every time I could do it, and actually I've had some fun experiences. Sometimes I go through weeks where I have dreams every night (as opposed to normality, where I get a dream or two every week at most) so every night as I go through my dreams I put myself in my favourite movie, or something like that. Like... I might put myself in the midst of a battle from Lord of the Rings or something, however it will last many nights, each night picking up where I left off.

I just have to say, dreaming is incredibly fun when I actually get to exercise my full control over it. It took getting used to definitely, but now that I've got the hang of it, I know my imagination really is the limit. Sometimes when I'm having a really great time, it sucks waking up.
