      Unhappy Lucid Amnesia

Last night i had what i think was my longest lucid yet, though it is very hard to say how long it lasted because of my lack of memory of the lucid. I do recall about 10 mins from the end thinking that this lucid has felt like forever and this has been a great lucid. I only recall the last 10 mins.

The reason i can't recall anything is because i had a false awakening!!!!!!!!!
So annoying!!!!!!!!! There was so much awesome stuff i done which i can't recall and i want to know what i done, i mean in all that time i must have done some really cool stuff. So now i am thinking of the most common things i was likely to have done to trigger my memory but so far nothing is coming to mind.

      Anyone else had this happen?

This (or something similar) happened just the other day! I had y most awesome lucid ever, went to the computer, typed it all out with only a few seconds to spare before I finished forgetting, and then woke up. I jumped out of bed and then sat back down, depressed, because I realised there was no way my dream would hae been typed onto the computer, and I could not possibly remember it now.

That has happened to me a few times. Because i don't perform reality checks i don't spot fa's alot of the time and so i dream i wake up and write down a few pages of my lucid dream and then i wake up for real and then can't remember nothing!

I am trying to train myself to always make sure i check that i am awake every time i lose lucidity but it might take some time but it will be well worth it.
