My first LD experiense.

This LD happed 2 or 1 year ago so i try to explain it as good as ai remember it First it was nightmare or very bad dream. I was chase´d by a few gangsters And they, without no reason tryed to kill me. So i was running away from them and i felt like running underwater (you know, when your legs moving slow-motion) and suddenly it was end of alley... it was dead end and i thought that this is it... this is how it ends? well they started shoot at me and i felt like bullets went right through me and it all feel so real all the pain and fear... So there i was lying on the street full of blood and holes in my body and i could not move.. and i was thinking "hey! no bright light or no my soul trying to escape from my body or any that kind of crap that i have been heard?" So i standed up and gangsters started to shoot at me again, that was the point when i told myself "No way this is real!" and suddenly there was no gangsters and i was on top of very high building....(weird!) so i was thinking "well it cant really hurt me if i jump off this building?" So i jump´d off the rooftop and i felt like falling, and i felt so long that at some point i thought "ok this is defenetly not real, lets go back." and in no time i was flying! I flew upon the city and went back at my home. And just as i was on top of my home i suddenly felt!? and i fell into my real body as i was sleeping at home and woke up I was so excited after that i tryed to go back but i just past away in sleep and woke up next morning I tryed to find a way to get same dreams by psyching my self before i go to sleep but with no results... But a few days ago i found this site and now i am so excited to have more of this kind dreams! As human spend about 25 years by sleeping (theory and calculations) why not enjoy every time of it P.S Sorry for my grammar

Dionysos, I'm not surprised that you remember your first lucid experience so well even tho it was over a year ago. First lucid dreams are so amazing that you never really forget them! I hope this forum helps you to have many many more lucid dreams! (ps.. your grammer is fine! ) .

Rubbing your hands together and spinning your dream body help to stop that feeling of your real body sleeping. Excellent recollection of your first lucid dream! I hate getting shot at in dreams. I always die. And it hurts.
