My first lucid

After four or five days of trying, I finally had a lucid dream. My dream recall isn't the greatest, so the memory is a bit fuzzy, but i remember it was really clear when it was actually happening.

I had gone to bed at about 2:00 AM, and the phone rang at about 9:00 and woke me up. After about 10 minutes, I went back to sleep, saying to myself "I will realize that I am dreaming, and become lucid".

Suddenly, I was at school, heading up the stairs to the cafeteria. Once I got to the top of the stairs, I realized that it took me a painfully long time to get there. I pinched my nose to see if I was dreaming so I could spare myself a little embarrassment. I could still breathe. I told myself I was dreaming. I had to say it twice before it really sunk in. I rubbed my hands together, and it felt just like real life. The dream was already really stable, so it didn't change anything. I looked up, and I saw my friend. I walked up to him and said "Hey, guess what? I'm dreaming!" He looked at me funny and walked away. I decided to try and fly. I wanted to get outside first. I thought about jumping out a window, but I'm afraid of heights and I thought I would probably fall, this being my first time and all. I walked down the stairs, holding on to the handrail thing. It felt different than I expected, but still very realistic. I walked outside. There were some trees, and there were cars driving down the street which was apparently right in front of my school. I stripped naked because, hey, who needs clothes in a dream? I jumped and tried to fly, but nothing happened. I did it again, and I got a little bit higher, but still no flight. I closed my eyes and jumped, and when I opened my eyes I was falling, but I was really high up in the air. I landed on the ground, and that's all I remember.
