      Feeling your heartbeat

      Last night i was doing an energy consuming activity (not sex) and after i had stopped i could feel my heart beating quiter fast

      What i was wondering if this was my real heart beating or just my dream heart?

      i actually wild because of my heart
      i awoken in sleep paralysis
      i could hear this loud sound like a bomb going off!
      kaboom kaboom!!! so freakin loud!!!!
      it was if the sound wanted to take me somewhere, so i followed it straight into a lucid dream!
