      I finally fly! A pleasant surprise :D

So I haven't been on the forums for ages and had not kept a dream log in who knows how long probably due to my laziness among other things and this undoubtedly kept me from lucid dreaming....but....

I had a unexpected WBTB last night! Yes indeed! I had been waking up too early in the mornings for quite some time now and on this occasion I woke up about three hours early for getting ready for school so I went back to sleep and well...I woke up to quite a sight.

What was before me was a farm pasture of sorts with spread out trees and a barn and I think a windmill as well. Everything was covered in a strange gray tint and besides the lighting there was one more thing that was quite out of place. There were patches of fire lining the perimeter of this scene, under control but not in gray. Despite this absurd display the thing that made me attain lucidness was the fact that everything was crystal clear! I immediately knew I was dreaming so I set out to accomplish something as fast as I could. For one reason or another I decided to try to fly, so I bent my knees and jumped and I took off! I had my hands spread out and was coasting from side to side around the pasture just as I would if I were a child pretending! It was a great moment for me that's for sure haha. I did however have some trouble with controlling my movement, the wind seemed to be carrying me back and I didn't try anything that complicated such as loops or going super fast or anything. But this certainly re-awakened (no pun intended) my love for lucid dreaming! I've always had a knack for this type of thing and now I'm going to try to get back into it because I now remember how much I love it haha. On a side note have you guys had any cool flying experiences? Perhaps a story of your first flight? I'm going to try to stay active on these forums now because god knows its hard to find people to talk to about this sort of thing am I right?

      Much regards,
      Dan

`Take some more tea,' the March Hare said to Alice, very earnestly.

`I've had nothing yet,' Alice replied in an offended tone, `so I can't take more.'

`You mean you can't take LESS,' said the Hatter: `it's very easy to take MORE than nothing.'

      congratz on flying!

oh, and I feel the need to mention this...

I was listening to a song when I read this post, and Mr. Durden appears to be punching himself in the face to the beat...
"No point in mentioning these bats, I thought. Poor bastard will see them soon enough."
