      First amazing, and meaningful LD.

      Wow, I am unbeleivably impressed with my first lucid dream. I used to lucid dream lots, but I would only realize I was dreaming, and then usually continue on with the dream, but I never really thought I could take advantage of it until stumbling across this website. Unfortanently, I had no lucid dreams for a while, until a couple nights ago. Thanks to practicing journaling and working on my dream recall, I remembered a good deal of it too.

      This is the first lucids that I have ever gotten to fully experience, with the knowledge of what an LD is, and with some goals to fulfill. I had one last friday.

      My memory is still slightly foggy at parts, only a couple parts really stick out to me.

      It began with me being in a car, driving with one of my moms very old friends, who I have not seen in a very long time. She was driving me to work, at the restaurant I work at. We pulled up, and I got out, and went into the backdoor to the kitchen. For some reason I began to sort out some smarties into colors, they were sitting on the backline of the kitchen, and I began to organize them, when my old boss came through the door, who doesnt work there anymore. "Barb, you dont work here anymore, what are you doing here?!" I asked her. She then told me that shed always worked there. BAM, I was lucid. I knew it was a dream, no need for a RC, I was absolutely sure. The night before I decided that if I were to have a lucid dream, I wanted to spend it with a certain girl. Shes just one of my really close friends IRL. So then I walked up to the front cooking lline, and she was there. I ran up to her and hugged her and told her that I was dreaming, and I wanted to see her. I remember the dialogue with her very well for some reason. "Yeah, I know that, Im glad you got me to come here" she said to me, I then looked out the window to the front line and there was a man there, as a joke, I turned around, and imagined him as a clown. And when I turned around, he was a clown. I tried to turn into some other things which I cant remember, but he just kept turning back into a clown.

      I got bored of that, and looked to my friend. lets just call her "J" for the rest of this. So I looked at J, and I decided to tell her that I had feelings for her, and that I wanted to know how she would react when I told her in real life. She responded "I have feelings for you too". I then asked her if she wanted to come with me to another dream. But she wanted us to stay there so that I wouldnt lose her. 'do you think that before this ends, we could just lay together", she said to me after this. I remember those words so vividly, because I rubbed my hands afterwards, and it remembered to keep trying to stay in the dream. I think this is why my dream lasted for so long. It was amazing. And I dont know if any of you have seen vanilla sky, but I had the same feeling a got from the movie at the end. It was a very euphoric feeling. I remember it soo well now, and Ive replayed the dream over in my head several times.

      We then went to the back of the restaurant, and there was a door back there, I opened it, and it was one of my good friends rooms, and a group of my friends were there. They were all happy to see me, and welcomed me in. They also all knew I was dreaming. One of them than had some corn chips with salsa that he was eating. He told me to try them, and immediately I did, because I wanted to see what food tasted like in my dream. It was incredible. I could feel the texture and taste the saltyness of them. I remember then I sat down for a while, and just admired everything, focusing on the detail, and I knocked on my friends wooden bunkbed. to here the wood rattle.

      After this we left the room, and went into another room that had a mattress, blankets and pillows on the floor. Only J came with me, and I bid my friends goodbye as I closed the door, knowing that I would not see them again in this dream. I layed on the bed, and then she layed down next to me, and put her head on my chest. I remember we layed there for quite a while in silence, just to lay there. And I soaked up all the euphoria, and all the feelings as I could as I layed there in my dream, admiring my surroundings, and the beauty of my dream. She then turned her head to look at me and said "I love this moment", and I replied with 'Me too", which I said in my head, but she undertsood. We layed quite a while longer, laughed a bit together, and finally she told me that she knew I was going to wake up soon. I could feel it too, so I looked at her in the eyes, and she smiled. "Goodbye", I said to her. She said goodbye back, and slowly everything faded to black, and my eyes opened.

      @Clarity.

      Thankyou.
      It truly was the most beautiful dream I have ever had.
      I may not of had full control, but I chose just to spend the time I had there,
      I knew I had that choice.

      I woke up with goosebumps, it was so amazing. Haha.
      I've still been in a slightly different state of mind this week since then.
