Do dcs really know?

i was in this place that looked like a hospital and i was walking through the hallway then these evil looking people started walking in different directions and i started flying towards them and spraying fire out of my hands at them then i stopped and started walking again because the people returned to normal. Then i saw this fat 50 or sixty year old woman her husband and her cute daughter walking. Then i was trying to get a hug from her daughter but she started walking fast and the woman kept stopping me and then she said, "Ah he's lucid dreaming to". Then i said to her, "Can i have one from you?" Then we put our arms around each other and i wouldn't let go. She said something strange but i forgot. I was lucid in this dream the whole time so, my question is do dcs really know that your lucid dreaming? The one's that seem to know.

I think some know. I have met some that tell me they know its a dream and they are very convincing. They dont act like dc's.

I don't know man. A couple of times I've met DCs too articulate and thoughtful to be something my stupid brain made up.
