I was a little tired throughout the day and i realized to myself; I want to take a nap. Before I took my nap, I listened to this Lucid dreaming audio on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpEHAE2Hpt8. I listened to this before bed last night, and when there was a fire drill at 2 am i was saying, "Is this a dream, and I did critical state testing."
Anyway, I took my nap and I had 3 semi - lucid and lucid dreams.
Whilst dreaming, I remember hearing a number 8 and some title and I said to myself, "This is a dream, this isn't real." Then I felt the lucidity kick, my body felt very heavy and I remember walking around in a daze; i wasn't able to see much and my body was in a daze. I could fly with little ease, but I couldn't really walk too good.
My second Lucid dream dealt with me remembering this number 8 and this title (which I can't remember) and I said, "I am dreaming." I was suposedly teaching people how to lucid dream, and I was able to move around better. I requested that i be in a castle, but the house I was in became more of a manor. Nothing really occured, but I can say that it felt like a dream within a dream. My "dream body" felt projected from my dream body. I guess this is MILD, and I quite like it. I don't like WILD too much and the sounds that accompany the iniation. This audio file I listened to might have worked, and I would suggest everyone using MILD to check it out. It really trains your brain to think in terms of reality check, question if things are real.
