      My First Lucid Dream

      This was a few nights ago.

      Part One Of Dream (Non-Lucid):
      Driving in a car I was in the back seat and all a sudden the car done a jump (forward jump).

      Part Two (Lucid):
      I am in some swamp place and I realized that I was dreaming and I done a reality test (put finger though parm and it went though I also noticed that
      there was really white patches on my arm which was not normal) and I walked forward then it ended.

      congratulations, maybe you should have rubbed your hands together until your hands get warm and see if that works. That usually prolongs the dream.

      I didn't think of it, I did not know you could do that. I was focusing on what I could do more than thinking about how to prolong it.
