Dear people,

tonight i had my first lucid dream.
i was having a nightmare and some really weird stuff happened (sorry my recall is not that specific). at some point i thought "Hey this must be a dream!" And suddenly i was in my room so i tried to jump and i was flowing through the surface. the feeling i had at that point is not describable with words. I only thought "Wow this is so real". Then i jumped though the (closed) window and flew a little bit around (superman style). Wow was that a feeling! Then the only thing i can remember i successfully breathe under water. Then i tried to summon another situation and woke up.

Wow this is really something.
