First LD after a dry patch

Just had my first lucid dream since before dreamviews closed and im very happy hopefully this spells an end to that dry period. What was interesting was I managed to have it after being really really drunk suffice to say I almost forgot it I picked up a mobile phone and I thought I would try and dial a number on it to see whos it was so I could return it. First I couldn’t work it which I thought was strange then I noticed it had changed shape and so I knew I was defiantly dreaming. As usual after about 20seconds of heightened perception in my dream it starts to fall apart (this always happens) so I relaxed and let a new dreamscape form. I was in a small grey room with a grey door but the room kept blurring then coming back into focus. After this point the alcohol must have wiped my memory because I can’t remember any more :-) Anyway looked like i had developed a bit of a block with dreamviews gone but it seems to be gone now its back. yay!

im happy to say I had like 8 or 9 lds after the DVs shutdown, but its kick arse to be back again. I need to work on prolonging them, since they always seem to fall apart after, like you said, 20 seconds or so... had one last night (musta been cause DV's came back ) where I walked into my computer classroom, and my teacher was standing there pointing at a monitor that was like... 5" tall. For no reason I went lucid and then I attempted to just clear the dreamscape, but it didnt work. After like 20 seconds (lol) the whole thing went blurry so I concentrated on one spot and kept the 'scape there. I then attempted to walk up the wall but instead I just turned gravity the wrong way, and everyone in the entire room (which had for some reason, turned into the gym) started floating and landed on the ceiling. There was all this stuff on the ceiling, and no rafters . I walked over to this little girl that had something on here arm, sorta like a little bug. I brushed it off for some reason, then the thing got on me and multiplied itself to cover my entire body and I woke up. stupid bug things...

Well...I thin k the dream views shut down has perminantly damaged my lucid dreaming...I havent had one since dream views shut down and I'm barely even remembering to do reality checks...I really think my lucid dreaming might be down for the count

Just keep at it now DV is back it should help you remember to do dream stuff and give you some motivation :-)

Wha? For me its been one day that DV's has been up... how many of your crazy sleep cycles fit in one of my days...
