DILD after waking up

This is the second time its happened where i wake up in the morning and fall asleep an hour later and then begin dreaming and get lucid. I suppose its like a WILD but i don't go lucid straight away or even try. So this morning i woke up with a headache and had breakfast etc and sat on the couch before doing some work. I fell asleep and became lucid. It was much more vivid and stable than a DILD in the middle of the night though. Stupidly crystal clear. I kept very calm and as i became lucid i just began to smile. I though ok cool lets check how clear this is and begain inspecting my hands for details. I was wearing my kayaking gloves randomly but either way i could see every stitch and details on the glove. I was poised ready to spin in case i was loosing it but I didn't need to at all. I then walked around thinking of something cool to do when some horses rode round the corner and I though ok, lets go for a ride. Why the hell not!!! And then my phone rang and woke me up!!!!!!!!! ARRRRR!!!!!!
